This privacy policy explains how Get Digital Buzz (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “the Company”) processes and protects the personal data of individuals collected via the website getdigital.buzz. We respect your privacy and process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the legislation of the Republic of Latvia.

What data do we collect

We process only the data necessary for a specific purpose:

  • Contact and enquiry forms: name, email address, telephone number and the content of the message you provide when contacting us or booking a consultation.
  • Free SEO audit tool: the email address you provide to receive the analysis report in PDF format, as well as the URL of the website being analysed.
  • Cookies and technical data: IP address, browser type, device information and website usage data (see the ‘Cookies’ section).
  • Server logs: automatically recorded technical information (access time, IP address) required for the security and operation of the website.

Purposes of data processing and legal basis

  • To respond to enquiries and provide services — legal basis: taking steps prior to entering into a contract or performing a contract (GDPR 6.1.(b)).
  • To send an SEO audit report — legal basis: your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)).
  • Ensuring website security and functionality — legal basis: our legitimate interests (GDPR 6.1.(f)).
