Task
Adapt a TV advert clip for the Latvian market, without source files or output files, from a standard MP4 format.
Solution
Creation of subtitles in Latvian, editing of the voice-over in the clip, and replacement of the text on the puppy’s paws, legs and belly with Latvian text using rotoscoping.
